Learn the basics of laser cutting!

The laser cutter is a versatile tool for cutting, engraving and marking various materials including plastics, glass, metal and natural products such as wood, leather or food. With the Adobe Illustrator graphic software laser cutting of complicated designs and laser engraving of detailed images are taken over by the machine at the touch of a button.

In this safety and basic function course you will learn the safe operation of the Epilog laser cutter FusionPro 32.

At the end of the course you can take home your self-cut and personalized holder for your mobile phone.

This course is a prerequisite for using the laser cutters independently in MakerSpace!

Minimum Age

• 12 years
• Children between 12 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.
• For adolescents between 16 and 18 years of age the consent of a parent is required.

English language skills

Safety Requirements

In the workshop closed shoes must be worn at all times. In case of non-compliance the access to MakerSpace is denied.
